How the waitlist handles your address

The short version: you give us an email address, we send you one link to confirm it, and after that we only write when there's Pellar launch news. You can leave whenever you like.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The category you pick in the form (what you stream), if you pick one.
• When you signed up and when you confirmed.
• Which page of this site the form was on.

That's the whole list. We don't log your IP address in the waitlist and we don't buy or append any other data about you.

Why, and on what legal basis

One purpose: emailing you about the Pellar launch — things like pricing, early access and sign-ups opening. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We use double opt-in: until you click the confirmation link, you're not on the list, and unconfirmed signups are deleted within 30 days. You can withdraw consent at any time; every email we send tells you how.

Where your address is stored

• Resend (resend.com) — the service that sends our emails and holds the mailing list. We use their EU (Ireland) sending region. Resend is a US company; transfers are covered by their data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses.
• Google Workspace — a private signup log we keep so we can prove consent and honour deletion requests.
• ClickUp — our internal work tracker, where confirmed signups appear so the team can follow up. Covered by ClickUp's data processing agreement.
• Our own automation server in the EU (Germany) — it processes the form submission and keeps short-lived technical logs.

Nobody else gets your address. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling.

How long we keep it

• Signed up but never confirmed: deleted within 30 days.
• Confirmed: kept until Pellar launches or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
• Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. There are no analytics, no tracking scripts, no ad pixels. The preview password gate stores its unlock in your browser's local storage — that stays on your device and never reaches us. If we ever add analytics, we'll put up a consent banner first and update this page.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent — email pellar@velesproductions.com and we'll handle it. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or your local one.
